Full-board Accommodation Agreement

We have been able to find an agreement with the TaunusTagungs Hotel whereby the conference participants can have full board accommodation (single room, breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the 4 days of the conference at the following terms:

  • 23 single rooms with full-board accommodation at € 50 Euro per person per day
  • 12 comfort single rooms with full-board accommodation at € 60 Euro per person per day

NB – The rooms have been reserved up to 31 March 2019. Participants are asked to make reservations by themselves. Please send an email saying that you will participate in the conference and stating day of arrival and day of departure to info@taunustagungshotel.de .
There are no deposit nor credit card details needed for the booking. However, in the event that you must cancel your reservation, you are kindly requested to let the hotel know at least three days before the conference.
